Celebrity Hair Piece

It's no secret that male pattern baldness is something that many men will have to deal with at some point in their lives. Some will have to deal with this sooner than later. Now, if you happen to be an ordinary guy this might not be a big deal. Many men end up shaving their heads which has become an acceptable fashion style. Such famous people as Michael Jordan and singer Chris Daughtry have gone with the clean shaved head look. But for many men, they just can't accept that going bald and turn to other answers to have hair on their heads. Often, the answer is a non-surgical hair replacement, translation...hair piece. Celebrities have a public image that they need to maintain. For many, a celebrity hair piece is the answer they choose to combat the baldness problem.

Burt Reynolds was once the biggest male leading actor in Hollywood. He was in such movies as "The Longest Yard" and the "Smokey and the Bandit" series of movies to name a few. At some point, he decided that baldness was not for him and turned to hair pieces. See a picture of Burt with his full head of hair below.

William Shatner of Star Trek, T.J. Hooker, Priceline.com commericials and other TV shows has long worn hair pieces. Beam me up Scottie!

Pat Boone had one of his most embarassing moments here with the cameras rolling. He was a good sport about it though. Pat Boone is an old school star. He had hit songs and that sort of thing.

I noticed on a ride at Disney World in which Gary Sinise had a video part before the ride that he was wearing a hair piece. I also overheard other people on the same ride saying how his hair looked strange. I am convinced he wears a celebrity hair piece.

Bret Michaels is more popular than ever with his Rock of Love reality TV show where women of perhaps questionable virtue compete for his "love." Then there's his successful stint on "The Celebrity Apprentice" with Donald Trump. I watched a good bit of that show and Bret did well for himself and seems like a smart guy. He also is adamant about raising money for his diabetes charities which is a disease that he suffers from. Anyway, you never see Bret without his bandanna or rocker cowboy hat. It makes me wonder is Bret Michaels bald? This seems to be a real possibility given his age and keeping the rocker persona going. What do you think?
